I wanted to see if I could run 100 km in 20 hours by doing this workout:
For 20 hours:
Every 30 minutes on the minute
Run 2.5 km
In the beginning my blood sugar didn’t move too much between rounds. But over time the oscillations gets more extreme. After 18 in the evening my blood sugar started falling very aggressively. After each 2.5 km run, I would eat cake or a banan and drink almost a whole 33 cl Cola.

Next time I do something similar I want to experiment with a different kind of fuel so I can have a more stable blood sugar throughout the day.
My body weight was about 75 kg on the morning of the race. Every half our I would eat either a banana, a piece of carrot cake, wine gums or crisps. I would drink about half a 33 cl coca cola or 25 cl juice.
A rough estimate of my energy consumption per hour:
1/2 33 cl cola = 16 gram of carbs
25 cl juice = 22 gram of carbs
1 banana = 20 gram of carbs
1 cake = 20 gram of carbs
Total = 78 gram
That is about 1 gram per kg of body weight per hour.
